Vivo Cabana

Our pails were small but time stood still as Grandpa and I picked berries from the vines near his house.

 

 

It was the perfect split–right down the middle. I opened up my first pomegranate and was tempted by the juicy tartness of the red fruit.

 

 

My dream vacation would smell of ripened pineapple and mangos. I daydream of sun-kissed beaches, lush forests and little umbrella drinks.

 

 

I enjoyed our strolls through lavender fields. the long leisurely walks and conversation were a great ending to our visit with friends.

 

The shop filled with old treasures was my favorite place to enjoy the allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon flavored cider

 

Rich vanilla butter-cream frosting dripped from my nose as I ate the cake before Mom saw me.

I arrived home from work and the room was filled with the sweet aroma of fresh roses. A rose petal trail led me to him in celebration of our anniversary

I examined my conquests in my satchel and grabbed one of the apples for a taste test. I bit into a world of fresh, sweet, tart flavors.
